Established in 1998, our company specialize in development, research and production of whole-range dustless coating production line and some related equipment as well as service in project design and technical consultation. We can provide customers with automatic/half-automatic dustless coating production line for plastic parts, whole-range liquid/powder electrostatic coating production line, automatic coating machine for small pieces, whole-range stand coating equipment, electrostatic eliminating equipment, dust removing equipment and various UV light curing equipment; and we provide supporting logistic equipment including whole-range horizontal conveyor, bevel conveyor, overhead suspension conveyor, vertical conveyor and transfer machine; and we also provide various production line equipment for assembly line, screen printing line, aging line, inspection line and packing line.

Since the foundation of our company, it has developed and expanded constantly. Now it has over 400 employees with various senior professional engineers amounting to over 30 and technical personnel totaling over 50. The workshop covers an area of 10000 square meters with complete and excellent processing and production equipment.

According to the requirement of the market development as well as the basis of our automatic production equipment, our company conducted research, production and development of the high and new technological item of High Efficiency Robot Coating System (automatic coating equipment). The technology of this item was concerned in a series of comparatively complicated engineering technology, which included air purification at constant temperature and constant humidity, preheated electrostatic eliminating and dust removing, turbulent eddies/water washing compound coating, UV light curing, treatment of duty-cycle operated water, closed material transportation system, bearing self-lubricating, human machine interface and intelligent control. This item of high and new technological product had seen initial success in 2002 and the yearly distribution earnings of those high and new technological products took up 70% of the gross distribution earnings of that year. That item of science and technology achievement passed the technical identification conducted by experts of the science&technology bureau of the city in 2003. Meanwhile they awarded the Science and Technology Achievement Identification Certificate to us for the High Efficiency Robot Coating System.
